Common questions

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. You keep Pro/Team access until the end of the period you paid for.
What counts as a "proposal"?
Each AI-generated proposal sent to a project counts as one. Drafts you edit but don't submit don't count. The Free limit resets every calendar month.
What's auto-approve?
Projects scoring ≥ 8.0 (configurable) are automatically proposed without any manual click. You set the rules; GigPilot handles the rest.
Do you store my Upwork credentials?
No. GigPilot uses Upwork's public GraphQL API for discovery. Proposals are generated locally and reviewed (or auto-approved) before any submission.
I don't have Upwork API approval — can I still use GigPilot?
Yes! Our Chrome browser extension lets you access GigPilot scoring and proposal generation directly from Upwork search results — no API credentials needed. Install it from GitHub.
Is my Upwork account safe?
Yes. The Chrome extension only reads publicly visible job data from Upwork search results. We never store your Upwork credentials or log into your account on your behalf.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
